Our Story

About Grayson

When Grayson was just 10 years old, he started his first “business” the old-fashioned way by knocking on neighbors’ doors and asking if he could roll their trash cans out and back each week for $2. That little hustle planted a big seed: if he wanted something, he could figure out a way to make it happen.

A few years later, as a 12-year-old baseball player, Grayson was tired of paying $90+ for batting gloves that wore out too fast or never felt quite right. So, instead of just complaining about it… he decided to fix it.

He combined all the best features from the gloves he’s used over the years, worked with a manufacturer to custom-build a design, and launched his own line in 2024, built from the exact same Cabretta leather used by the big brands, but sold at a price players can actually afford.

What started as gloves for him and his teammates has turned into GameTime Grit, a fast-growing brand trusted by players across the country. Every order is packed and shipped by Grayson himself, usually after school or baseball practice, because for him, this isn’t just a side project. It’s a commitment.
