Orders & Shipping

How fast will my order ship?

Super fast. We process and ship orders the same day or next day (Monday–Saturday). You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your label is created.

Where do you ship?

Right now we ship within the U.S. only. We use USPS and UPS for all orders.

How much is shipping?

  • Economy shipping (under $30) – $5 flat rate (2–5 business days)
  • Economy shipping (over $30) – Free
  • Standard and Expedited shipping – Calculated at checkout based on your address.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us at sales@gametimegrit.com as soon as possible with your order number and new address.

My package says “delivered” but I don’t see it. What do I do?

Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered a little early. Give it 24 hours, check around your house or with neighbors, and then email us at sales@gametimegrit.com if it still hasn’t shown up.

What makes your batting gloves different?

We use the same Cabretta leather as the top brands but keep the price real. They’re built for durability, grip, and comfort, plus clean, bold colorways that look great on the field.

Do you offer team or custom logo gloves?

Yes. We can add custom logos for teams and organizations. Email us at sales@gametimegrit.com for details.

How should I care for my gloves?

Keep them dry, avoid soaking them, and let them air out between games. Do not use a dryer or heat. A little care goes a long way toward extending their life.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of your order date. You just cover return shipping.

What if my gloves have a defect?

If there’s a manufacturing issue within 60 days, we’ll replace them at no cost. Normal wear and tear or abuse doesn’t count.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at sales@gametimegrit.com with your order number and what’s going on. We’ll get you taken care of.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. We ship fast, so email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Who runs GameTime Grit?

GameTime Grit was started by 14-year-old Grayson, a ballplayer who got tired of overpriced gloves and decided to make his own premium gear without the markup. He still packs and ships every order himself from McKinney, TX.
